Hello Parents,

READ THROUGH THIS EMAIL TO ITS ENTIRETY

RESERVE /CHAMP MEET- YOUR CHILD WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO COMPETE IN THIS EVENT IF THEY HAVE RESERVE/CHAMP TIMES, or if a coach or head clerk contacts you regarding your child being in a relay.

It is open to all swimmers listed on our teams roster on the 4^th meet of the season and who have completed a minimum of two (2) CCSL Sanctioned swim meets (regular season) Any swimmer registered after June 11, 2026 is not eligible for the Champ meet

You will need to go declare your child attending. YOU WILL NOT PICK YOUR CHILDS ENTRIES!!!!!! You are allowed to leave the coach a message on what your child would like to swim if they have multiple times. Your child will only be able to swim 3 individual events and 2 relays.

DATE AND TIME:

RESERVE MEET: Friday June 26, 2026

Scratches due no later than 4pm

Meet starts at 5 PM

Champ Meet: Saturday, June 27, 2026

Scratches due no later than 8am

Meet starts at 9:30 AM

Gym Setup: More information to come but be aware of these things:

GYM FLOORS MUST BE COVERED WITH PLASTIC TARPS. The metal gromets must be covered with duct tape. No blow ups. No large rolling coolers. Only small coolers allowed (fit under chair)
